Spoke to Howard about my recruiting – application – CEO training program. As I spoke and listened to his body language and questions; compared the process to Msft, Apple, Goog, Yah, realized the beauty in the simplicity of the program. CEO and truck DRIVER – is interchangeable – and will be communicatively intertwined with each other to convey the mind frame and not the physical action.
Be the Driver – you (CEO) are appointed open up a line of business starting as the truck DRIVER. 1st objective is pass exam, raise $6400 fund for cdl certificate and license. Begin CEO training listening to two audiotapes per week while in the office.
