I am coming near my 90 days under Ginyard Trucking and have learned a heck of lot. I am going to be turning my leased truck in and have decided to look for investor partners to assist me with building out the transportation division, 13 Stones. As I like to speak positive and communicate what things went right, (although I am able to state where and how money or an opportunity was lossed) I must say that choosing the "right" partner has been a unique lesson. You hear that with marriage but I never really understood it. Granted people continue to change and grow so an ideal partner today may not be tomorrow. Follow your gut or shall I say instinct, it never lies.

On to bigger and better things. During my 90 days, I drove and worked inside the office brokering loads and dealing with drivers. Hire slow, fire fast. Follow your gut or shall I say instinct. No that is not a repeat. I could digress on the choosing the 'right' partner but I have moved on and learned. During this 90 days, I created a profitable-load spread sheet that is quite simple but proved to be quite effective. My software past has got me to thinking of an online version to make available for either a subscription fee or one time down load. Focus, focus yes it is in the industry, but focus.

So I am off to find the right partners, first advisor-investor partners that will keep me focused, in gear, profitable. Napoleon Hill speaks of creating a dream team so as the book states, I shall follow.
